Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in USA.

Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
  • No waiver of any term or condition hereunder shall be valid or binding unless made in writing and signed by us. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.
